Return Policy

At Packaging Support Group we appreciate your business. Should you need to return product to our facility, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is necessary. In order to obtain an RGA number as well as details on how to return your item, please contact us at abailey@thepackgroup.com or by telephone at (888) 997-2252. We are unable to accept returns without an authorization number therefore unauthorized returns will be rejected at no expense to PSG. PSG must be informed of any claim within 15 calendar days after receipt of the item. It's our goal to service all your needs in an efficient and effective manner. However, due to the additional costs associated with reintegrating goods into our inventory there is a 20% restocking fee.

1) About Packaging Support Group

As a resource dedicated to fulfilling the unique information and packaging needs of growth oriented businesses, the professionals at PSG invest the time and energy necessary to efficiently attend to your needs. Working with domestic and international suppliers PSG is committed to finding you the right combination of diversity, price and delivery. Located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, our facilities are situated in the central United States with convenient access to key rail and interstate transportation routes.

3)Returns, Warranty and Buyer's Remedies

No item shall be returned to Packaging Support Group without authorization. Any request for authorization for return may be submitted in writing via email to: thepackgroup.com or via USPS to: Packaging Support Group, 524 West Johnson Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas, 72401. The request must include the following information: 1) contact name, 2) company name and address, 3) purchase order number (if available), 4) product code, 5) delivery date. A representative of Packaging Support Group will contact you within 24 hours excluding holidays and weekends. All returns and or claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.

All items sold are warranted against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or material. However, each items depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use and, therefore, unless otherwise stated in writing, seller makes no warranty that the containers and other items depicted or described herein are fit for any particular purpose or service life. Determination of fitness for use of any product described or otherwise listed herein for any purpose lies solely with buyer. Containers that buyer deems suitable for edible products should be cleaned before filling. In the event of any claimed failure of an item caused solely by defective workmanship or material, buyer must give Packaging Support Group written notice within 10 days of the receipt of product by buyer. Notice for such failure must be submitted in writing via email to: thepackgroup.com or via USPS to: Packaging Support Group, 524 West Johnson Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas, 72401. Packaging Support Group shall then have a commercially reasonable amount of time to adequately investigate the claim. Should our examination conclude that the item has failed due to causes stated above, we will replace the item without charge, or return to the buyer the price paid for such item. The remedies described herein shall constitute the buyerÕs sole and exclusive remedies and no claims for consequential damages or other damages will be allowed.

4) Buyer Agreement

Buyer agrees that it is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any goods or services including all parts and components of the goods purchased from Seller and that it is not relying upon Seller in making such determination. Buyer will not order or use any goods or services unless it is satisfied that the goods and services are suitable for buyer's use. Buyer agrees to store and use all goods and services in a safe manner. Seller is cautioning Buyer that not all content materials may be compatible with plastic, glass, metal, or other substrates and Buyer agrees not to use any goods with any abrasive, caustic, or acid solutions or any other substance, which may cause injury to persons or property. Seller is not giving and specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation all warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller's liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, shall not exceed the price of goods or services or part thereof which gives rise to the claim. In no event shall the Seller be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for damage in the nature of penalty.

5) Shipping Information

All in stock items will ship within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) if ordered by 2:00 pm central standard time. It is the Buyer's responsibility to review all purchase orders and relevant documents for accuracy and product status.

Product shipments that do not require the use of a pallet shall be transported via FedEx or UPS. Express shipping options are available. Product shipments requiring the use of a pallet shall be transported via common carrier or transport as provided by the customer. Shipping charges and rates vary depending upon the vendor and services selected. Transit time shall vary by destination and service preference.

6) Pickup Orders

Upon giving 24 hours advanced notice excluding holidays and weekends, orders can be picked up at the Packaging Support Group facilities located at 524 Johnson Ave., Jonesboro, Arkansas, 72401. Payment must be tendered prior to loading at the time of pickup. (Cash/credit cards are accepted.)
